Rumzi Farrow is a multidisciplinary artist, educator, and aspiring art historian. His professional background apns engineering, architecture, and fashion through fabrics buying and custom suit making. He has several years of experience as an educator in youth and adult spaces in STEM fields as well ESL and visual arts. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Arts in Art History from the University of Illinois - Chicago, focusing on the medieval architectural/cultural heritage of the island of Sicily where he aspires to emigrate to and work as an educator, researcher, and preservationist. 

Rumzi draws on his diverse background to make Curiosity Lab a multidisciplinary, multi-lingual, and multi-medium environment. This year he plans to introduce architectural design concepts to the students in Lab through small modular progressions leading up to a large scale group construction. Other projects could involve fabrics and visual explorations, environmental science concepts, and whatever else he and the students can co-create!
